This policy covers the CareerVantage waitlist at careervantageus.com. CareerVantage itself is still in development — this page will be replaced with a fuller policy once the product launches and collects more than an email address.
What we collect
Right now, this site collects exactly one thing: the email address you voluntarily submit through the waitlist signup form. We don't collect names, resumes, or any other personal information at this stage, and the site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The signup form is provided by Constant Contact and may set cookies needed to process your submission; the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How we use it
- To email you when CareerVantage opens.
- Occasionally, to share meaningful updates about the product before launch.
That's the extent of it. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Waitlist signups are collected and stored through Constant Contact, our email service provider. Constant Contact processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices, available at constantcontact.com/legal/privacy-statement.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the waitlist until CareerVantage launches, until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which removes you immediately.
- You can request that your email be deleted at any time by contacting us (below).
Children's privacy
This waitlist is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
As CareerVantage moves from waitlist to product, this policy will be updated to reflect what the actual application collects and how it's used — particularly once resume data, account information, or analytics are involved. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
